I love the beer can chicken. You're in Phoenix..... Put that black kettle out in the sun and you will have your 165 degrees in no time..... Oh, yeah, you did say it was raining. lol

Zdiver just needs a coat, comfort in the cold is relative, depends on what you are acclimated to.
Snowing here so having Sheperd's Pie instead of the planned BBQ. I like to add a lot of raisins to the meat/veggie mix and a bunch of grated mozzarella to help glue the mashed 'taters together.
Poor Paul, hope he has a covered patio for his kettle. His beer roasted SeaHawk looks like it will be perfect with the hour.Yummm!

You guys sure are lucky to know how to cook. All this looks so so good!! For single guys like me who are not great cooks, the fanciest it gets, is usually opening a can of corn and getting a spoon. :D

LT I have been divorce for 25 years now but started cooking 45 years ago, now you can look at utube and learn online.

I already have the beef ribs 12271431_10206609738234230_670148298_o.jpg will get them room temperature then put the rub on and cook on my BBQ on a rib rack and never boil in water. going to have baked potatoes and corn on the cob.

My skills get challenged if there are more than 3 ingredients. ha ha I wonder if that is the reason there are usually eggs, tortilla's and cheese in my fridge and not a whole lot more. ;)

Paul, that is how LT learned to use the SPOON...he watched a you-tube cooking video, and saw that you don't have to use your fingers to eat corn out of the can.
Now that there's funny bro...seriously. I got a good laugh out of that one. Also, I should have said "find the spoon" since some single guys only own one plate, one fork, one knife, one spoon and one coffee cup. ha ha I'm not that bad though.

I have tried to watch some cooking shows in the past, but what usually happens is that I get hungry watching, then go hop on the bike and head to the taco shop before I learned anything....:D
