Could someone kindly tell me what the rectangular symbols boxed in red and green represent?

Male and female bullet connections. The triangular one is the male, the rectangular one female

Is there a difference between the rectangles without a line inside them (red boxes) vs. the ones with a line inside them (green boxes)?

Well I'll be damned, I've never noticed that before and to be honest I have no idea. I've just tried to google it but drawn a blank.

looking again, the ones with the stripe inside (green boxes) all seem to tie into the ignition system specifically (if i am reading the diagram correctly). is that somehow relevant? could those just be identifying a unique type of bullet connector?
