I know my buddy and I are still getting acquainted with our tdubs but we both seem to think the brake is a lil hard to find. Has anyone modified the foot lever pad, kinda like the pegs, or do we need to keep practicing foot braille?

I seem to recall someone doing this, but it's been a long time. Shouldn't be hard to do. Mine is a bent outwards a bit but I find it actually puts the lever right under my boot. A wider cleat would be handy sometimes.

when i put on new footpegs, i cut the end off of the old one and welded it on my foot brake lever to increase the area. no more foot braille.

Never had a problem finding the rear/foot brake... but that is a darn good idea if you do.

As far as I know there is no aftermarket foot brake pedal like there is for the shifter.
Your mod solves that without going to a larger shifter from another bike. Brilliant.
