PBI Sprockets has discontinued aluminum sprockets for the TW 200. I called the rep and they only had 51T left in stock and are not planning to make them anymore.

A PBI 7033-50-2 weighs in at one pound even. Stock 50T - 2.250 pounds.

Changed out the sidecase bolts to Aluminum from Probolt. They say that the bolts are fine for this purpose. Used plenty of anti-seize and the feel is good when tightening. Some weight loss. The majority of the fittings on the TW are Ti. Most of it was from previous work done on my other bikes I no longer have.

Very nice, and the Allen heads means no longer need to carry a bulkier, heavier 8mm socket, extention and ratchet to remove left side's flywheel cover should one get a chain bound up around the output sprocket while out in the feild.
There can be weight savings to be had in the tools we choose to carry.(y)
