Red next to the choke

Soory for bad english just bought a tw 200 an wonder what is the red thing on the carberator than one can pull out and that goes back directly not the big black one that is used when star the engine when it is cool but it is a small red button, when is it used ?

Are the idle speed knobs red now? Maybe red in other markets?



I just looked up the fiche for the 2012's and all I see are the normal choke and idle speed knobs.

I think Point37 called it.



The passage is not machined on U.S. models, but on yours it would lean the mixture for hot starts.




Ok thanks a lot. I assume I can just ignore it then I never had a problem with any of my bikes to start them when they are warm

Could it be an altitude adjustment to lean the mixture when you go up . Honda had a set up like that on their atc90/110 and ct90/110 in the 70s or 80s (in what country are you located).

I am located in sweden but the knob goes back directly when it is pulled
