Greetings, I would like to switch off my headlight low beam as described above (for off-road use only). Is there any problem with battery over-charging or any other electrical disadvantage?? From what I have read here, the electrical system is well balanced and I do not want to create a problem by not running the headlight. BTW, I joined the "old forum" in 2006 and have been an occasional reader. Just bought the kick start kit from North Bay and will attempt the install with the help of the info posted here.
