Sooo Im 6' 155 my wife is 5' 150. Will we fit and with the TW be able to haul us around no problem? Im just making sure we wont be to cramped and that it will be able to haul us around at decent speeds(for a TW). Thanks I searched just didnt come up with much so I was looking to get a BOOM flat out answer. I may get one tommorrow even tho my only riding buddies have a R1, Kawasaki 1400 and R6. I just think this thing is cool. Why wouldnt I get what I think it neat ya know. Thanks

You will be fine! I'm 6 foot 225 and my GF is 5'5" an 155. We rode two up for over 200 mile though the mountains mostly in the woods and forrest service roads with some pavement. The mule will climb any hill in 1st gear, even two up. Have fun. We had a blast and can't wait to take our next adventure.

I ride 2up all the time. I will say though, if you like to sit way back on the seat you will have a problem. I personally dont mind straddling the tank. To each his own I suppose. I do prefer to ride alone but dont tell my girlfriend that!

Remove the rear wheel.

Remove tyhe sprocket bolts.

Toss the old sprocket like a frisbee.

Assembly is the reverse of above.

Use Loctite.

JT sprockets have an inset mounting area. Flat side to hub. Couple of flat washers on each bolt to prevent nut from running out of threads.

We ride 2up a lot and are about the same size as you and your wife, a few inches taller on my passenger though, and everything is fine. She loves to ride with me, even offroad. Thankfully my saddle bags come off quick, because they get in the way of her legs otherwise.

There is a thread on here somewhere that I started about this same topic and there were a bunch of responses from folks that do the same. To sum up this overly long post, you will be fine and have lots of fun
