It was 80 degrees here on sunday, you can move it's a free country.
So many folks out looking at me as I carved the corners and grabbed some freshly revealed asphalt.
WoW! I missed that bike.
I'm with ya T-Dub Ken, I've got the itch to go rid'in too. BAD, real BAD.![]()
It ain't 80 degrees here, and I didn't ride for an hour, but I did go past my mailbox at the end of the driveway for the first time this year. Idaho's chief meteoroligist first alert weather forcaster, forcasted a 50 sump'in temperature day. Was on the edge of going on a longer ride, but I have to leave for work before the "heat of the day" sets in...So, I rode past the mailbox (3/4 mi from house), down the lane (another 3/4 mi), took a left down the country road for 1/2 mi, then a right down a road for another mile. They should have a deadend sign posted. So, I turned and headed back home. I know, big ride eh? Well, if the road hadn't been a deadend I would have gone farther.
And for the folks out looking at me...a car past by me when I was sit'in at the stop sign, and the couple just stared at me, with a smile coming to the ladies face just before going out of sight. Now, I didn't really think it was that strange for a motorcycle to be out-and-about, cause I see the Harley riders have been out a lot. Then it dawned on me, they ain't looking at me, they look'in at Georgie rid'in on back. Oh, I get i t!![]()
Think positive Ken, it's get'in warmer!![]()
