So i just got a tw200 handed down to me, I'm in the process of getting it back running, the chain is SUPER RUSTED! any suggestion on how to remove the rust from the chain? Ive tried WD40 with the Grunge Brush but having trouble taking off the rust.

I would replace it.
If you insist on saving it, soak it in linseed oil and use a stainless steel brush to clean it.
There is also a product called Evapo-Rust that works very well.

122 links for stock sprockets.

No. Have you counted how many links are on the bike now? If it is stock, it would have/need 122 links. Get a exact match or get a 130 link chain and cut it down. It is better to cut down the length than to add to a shorter chain. It is just one more place that could be a weak link.

If you don't have the commercial products there are other options with most acids from a lemon to drain cleaners.Try soaking in white vinegar overnight for a safe home-grown approach , or a stronger acid like oxalic acid for twenty minutes or so if you have either. Then loosened rust may be abraded away with wire brush. Soak,wash and rinse all with caution appropriate to acids.
This might make affordable sense if you plan to replace the chain in near future anyways.
Use a rust converter (changes ferrous oxide to markasite) to stop further rust if you want to say mount old chain on the wall like a trophy.

Do yourself a favor and just get a new 0-ring chain.

elchakas, just noticed in post#1 you applied WD-40 to rusted chain. This may need to be washed off with a soap product before my recommended white vinegar can reach and start working on the rust.
However since you plan to replace the chain why wait? Chain won't likely get any cheaper and Goldenhtr found some good buys for you.
The 136 link length is plenty long for up to 60 tooth rear sprockets at least, possibly a 65 tooth or bigger if you plan to climb tree trunks
