This is a complete seat concepts tall comfort seat with pan. Only used one ride. The seat concepts seat foam and cover was $259 with shipping and tax, the pan was from a new seat $130, and installation was $30. So all together I have about $410 into it, will sell for $300. Would prefer local pickup or buyer can pay shipping and for a box.

According to their website it's 1.5" (38mm) taller than the stock seat.
