Is there a kit available that comes with 1 cover for the stator and 1 cover for the front sprocket like on the XT250? I don't want to have to take out all the bolts on the stator cover again to get to the front sprocket

No. I believe most of us wish there was though.

You would have to make some sort of fitting to get oil from one half to the other. Oil runs thru the case cover to get to the outer bearing and sprocket jackshaft on the TW's. We all know that TW's are not like most other bikes.

Usually if you take the cover off you should replace the outer oil seal #30

I think Mr. Gizmo cut the cover back to make it easier to place the chain on the front sprocket. You have to be careful, remove to much and the oil passage to the outer bearing might be exposed making for a nice leak.

I was so curious about this option because I watched other motorcycle countersprocket change videos on youtube and many bikes have a separate cover
