I just received some of Rhodetrip's TW lapel pins and was very pleased. These ain't no tourist junk. They're solid pewter with some real heft to them and with lots of detail.

A lot of you newbies may not know of their existence and since he won't pat his own back I figgered I'd do it for him.

The pics on his website don't nearly do it justice and my crappy camera won't capture the detail, but here goes:

That is one neat pin.. Very detailed indeed. I am going to drill a tiny hole in the center of my Jimbo shield just above the stock headlight cowl. I will then epoxy the pin in place like a hood ornament. I think it will look pretty cooool. Gerry

I am a happy fellow. Think this looks neat, and the hole was 'oh so tiny'.

Very impressive stuff Rhodetrip! You're quite the artist. I scoured your website and need to show Sue what you make before I order my little TW. She's really into all things Irish and I'm sure she will at least want your Celtic Cross. A tarnished brass Great Seal of the United States (left over from the army) is on one lapel of my riding jacket but the other side is empty waiting for something like your TW.

Gerry, I like what you did with yours. There's lots of possibilities....

I am constantly impressed at the diversity represented on this forum.

These are COOL! and so...I had to have one....or two.

Loved the idea for the Jimbo shields, so got one for that.

Needed one for my ballcap also, so got one for that.

Ordered late last night and they are already on the way!!!

Did I mention they are only 5 bucks? Wow! How can you beat that??

These lapel pins are the coolest!

***** 5 Stars!

Just curious,I'm wondering how many folks out there have one of these.

And if you don't have one yet...why not?

What did you do with your's? I bought two, one for my hat and one for my Jimbo Shield.

I just noticed the other day that the one I had put on my Carhartt vest must have fallen off...damn

Can't have that...I'll send you another. Word of advice though: you've got to make sure the grip fastener locks into the groove on the post. If it doesn't contact the groove, it doesn't lock. Those are not cheap Chinese grip backs, by the way...100% made in Bayshore, NY!

That would be killer! I'm trying to convince a buddy of mine to buy a TW and I just know he will want a pin (or two) once he does.

Just ordered ten of these bad boys. Over the last decade I've had 7 or 8 friends get their M license on my TW. I've had a few drop her, bleed on her, break parts left and right, ride her into cornfields when they missed a turn, all great memories. I think this will be a fun surprise for all of them.

You can't beat the price either. I'm very excited!
