Thanks to all for the info you have posted in the past. I have learned so much. My 96 is not totally complete but very close. Still working on just a few things. Without the help that’s been provided me in these posts I could have never done it. Its only taken almost two years. Why,, the bike was stripped, cleaned, parts replaced, blasted and K Koted (frame, wheels ,Tank and all) I had to build an oven for the frame and wheels (more time). The only way I got it done was because of all the help that was provided from this site. I usually just do long guns but a friend said I should do my bike. It was just an old farm bike with a lot missing but I said why not.
The first ride was super because of this forum. Thank you

Im not a hard rider, so far no problem, I did lost a IR cover that I had not secure good when blacked out riding in the field, but I found it,, I will check the clearance, Thanks

Thanks GreasyDave,,,went to the shop and checked the IR lights in the middle. Your correct 1 1/2 inch clearance is not enough, Ill move them to the top outside, Good eyes. Thanks for the heads up
