Why would you or any of us want a speedo without a tripometer in it? If you do buy this and get it working then let me know if your stock TW meter has the tripometer in it and what you want for it.

I use a app on my android phone. It is called ulysses speedometer.I mounted it with a cell phone holder made to use on a bicycle handlebar that cost me 4 dollars at a tjmaxx in my town. Neat little app though.pretty user friendly has a nice layout.you can customize the colors of the display.I have mine Setup to resemble vw passat gauges.freakin awesome at night.Lots of functions. Multi versatile. I used it on my buell I owned. I was able to use it with my bluetooth setup in my helmet.so I was Capable of listening to music or answering calls while riding. Since I'm in cali I'd better say it. I don't condone talking or texting ob thw phone while operating a motorized vehicle. Gotta CMA.:D Neat little feature is your can set up speedlimit warnings. I always ride to work so I set warnings for the speedlimits customary to my normal route.when limit is reached sound is emitted to notify you via bluetooth or from phone itself. Helps me keep my eyes on the road scanning and not checking speed limit. Very accurate to actual speed being traveled also. Lets me have a digital speedo. Odometer. And access to google maps and my music all from the app. Oh and when in google maps shows speedo in bottom corner. Awesome for geocaching. It has a hud feature as well. In hud mode you can put the phone on the dashboard in a car and it will emit speed in digital form on your windshield. . I use it on all my bikes and cars. Best $2.99 spent.
