yes they are! They have an adjustable strap on them.It goes under the seat nicely.

They seem to be stocked in Wal Marts in areas where there are a lot of ATV people around.



It's the managers decision as to what all gets a place on the shelves. Call the stores on the outskirts of town.



Check with farm supply stores too. Many of them have the work related accessories for ATVs that farmers use.
