Here's a tip to make sure you pinch the wires when installing the side cover. Jiggle the wire pack around a little bit when slowly installing the side cover. Every couple of millimeters move the wires around a little bit to ensure they don't get pinched. If they do - you will feel it by tugging on the wires before the cover is fully seated. I wish I could remember who posted that tip - I'll just have to credit it to the forum in general...
