You seemed to have a nice ride. I too love seeing the old buildings and thinking of "what it must have been like". I also really enjoy the old "use too sites". Debandi on advrider has done a series of historical research rides, posting everything from old cemeteries, iron works, mines, railroads etc... You have a good start on the same thing. I like it! And yes indeed, it does appear your lake has now removed its winter coat. But still has the feathers, if you know what I mean!

This is on a 25 mile loopI do when I do not have time to do any exploring. About 15 miles is dirt roads.
