IM looking to add a supertrapp 3m to my 99. Like this one.... I really like the way it cleans up the back end of the bike,without adding an exhaust that tucks under the frame,which would damper off roading riding.

Other than the exhaust and core, what else would i need? Gaskets? I assume one goes between the exhaust and header pipe.



And has anyone have any thoughts about this exhaust?good or bad?

You will have to rejet and there are no gaskets just a slip on and clamp

I'm not sure how stock exhaust "damper" offroading. But if you want a loud ass bike then the supertrapp may be just for you. Should be rather simple to install though you may need to fab up a bracket.

I am looking for louder. I don't ride much off road. I like the sound of my 09 with the spark arrester removed. But I do plan on resetting.

Sorry i meant that the street style exhaust can that tucks under the frame would damper off roading. Not that a stock exhaust pipe would.
