Swamp bike project is complete. Rear wheel is modified 12 inch trailer wheel with custom fabrication to mount stock hub with ITP mud light ATV tire. Front tire is starcross off-road tire. On road handling is scary, borderline dangerous. Off-road in swamp and mud is phenomenal.

boy, I bet the on road is scary with that rear swamp tire. anything other than straight must be like a slide. awesome on loose ground I am sure. gnarly looking ride

Actually the front tire is more Squirrley than the rear on pavement. It’s almost frightening. It doesn’t want to turn and seems to have a mind of its own. Fortunately, I really don’t intend to ride it on pavement other than a short distance from my house to where the snowmobile trails start. I went through some swampy mud holes this afternoon, about 2 feet deep, I don’t think the rear tire ever broke traction.
