Well i spotted a TW200 being pulled on a trailer by a ford explorer during my lunch break today. It was dark blue with street tires and a front drum brake early model. Anyone fess up to this one?

I am in the process of moving to a different house so have not been able to ride lately. I look forward to getting back on my T Dub soon as i can. I will be moving about 20 or so miles away from the Hidden Falls Adventure Park that is out near Marble Falls Tx. The website says they have a few thousand Acres of Off Road trails for Motorcycles ,ATVs and rock crawling for the big trucks & 4x4s. They also have a shooting range there as well. And camping is available also. i may go riding there when i get all settled in.I will bring my helmet cam along when i do and give a trip report. That is , if i can put my fishing pole down long enough to go for a ride...........

Yea! i thank my lucky stars that the winds were blowing away from my Bastrop cabin and it escaped fire by at least 18 miles, but my heart goes out to my fellow Bastrop county folks who lost all in the fires. i did a video ride thru Bastrop State Park a while back when it was still there. Its posted on youtube. As soon as they re-open the park roads i will try to get in another video ride for "before and after" comparison of the park.

I now live out west of Austin near the lake, where some of the other fires were, my valley was filled with smoke from the Steiner Ranch subdivision and Spicewood fires. God ! i pray for an end to this drought! America needs to construct a national pipeline grid similar to the oil pipelines already built, but not for oil but for Water! they could be connected to the local reservoirs all over country and then used to drain the flooded parts of the U S and divert the water to drought areas around the country. Could even install hydroelectric generators along the pipeline to generate electricity from the flowing flood waters. This plan would create jobs and help our nation control disasters caused by floods and fires. Any politicians out there listening?
