WHO IS RIDING UP AND DOWN MY STREET ON THEIR T-DUB?

i heard a familiar sound this morning (10 am, Sat. 9/25)when i got home from class. a tdub thumping away down my street. my intitial reaction was "
someone stole my bike
" but then reality set in and i remembered my bike is in 8 peices in the garage getting painted...sooooo i ran outside but you were too far gone but i saw you!

whoever you are mysterious t-dubber stop on by and say hello next time:

12010 Swallow Drive in NW Austin off of Anderson Mill Rd

its the only house with a stone mailbox.

you can come see the mess im making trying to make a faded/scuzzy tdub look somewhat better..

i agree and it has been nice riding weather here in ATX for the past couple of weeks. (minus the rain)

on the old forum i got a buzz going about a springbreak/summer ride at big bend NP but for one reason or another it fizzled out. i think if we set our sites a little lower we could actually get some group rides done this fall.

maybe we should have a lunch pow-wow some weekend? meet up somewhere central?

any suggestions?

we gotta get organized! all the idaho riders are making us look bad!

we would probably need to find out where everyone willing to show up is coming from and then pick a central spot to everyone.

i live right by where 183 and mopac meet (steck/shoal creek), so north or south really doesn't make any difference to me. i agree that a saturday/sunday afternoon lunch would probably be the best thing to start.

I work in S Austin , but live in Elgin so either way i have a long drive. There are lots of cool places downtown. The SOCO district ,the SOLA district, the campus area . Plenty of good places to meet greet and eat in A town.
