I used to take my travel hammock with me until it broke. I'm in the market to find another at the moment. Theres nothing like stopping to lay down and take in the scenery. I like to bring a cigar and "hang" down by the river.

I carry a Clark NX-250 Jungle Hammock when my go motocamping. I carry a ENO hammock when I expect to hangout to relax/nap on long back country rides.

I've heard awesome things about jacksrbetter, but you certainly do pay for the quality
I don't own any of their stuff [yet].

I have one of their tarps. The quality is great. Here it is at Blue Ridge Motorcycle Campground in Cruso, NC, during the Labor Day weekend last year.

It was a wet, wet weekend, and the Jacks R Better tarp kept my rig (Warbonnet Blackbird hammock with Hammock Gear Winter Incubator underquilt, old sleeping bag, etc.) nice 'n' dry.

I wasn't on the T-Dub that trip, though.

I hardly ever ride without an ENO Doublenest or my Warbonnet Traveler on the bike for those little breaks I like to take. (I usually camp in a Warbonnet Blackbird, though.)

On the T-Dub, I have a Cycleracks rear rack that I strap either a Kriega US10 or US20 or a Kermit Largemouth Duffle onto to carry a hammock and a few other things.

(I recognize your username from another forum or two, Kankujoe. You , too, N2O2diver.
)

I haven't done an overnight trip on the T-Dub yet, but I'm gonna.

Using your T-Dub to travel the backwoods and camping in a hammock has to be the best of both worlds. If you are not familiar with hammocks go to this website: http://www.hammockforums.net/? You'll find the same rabid enthusiasm and willingness to share info as you find here.

If you do take a look, find the videos done by Sean "Shug" Emery. Lots of great info from a former circus clown. Kid you not...
