I'm sure a lot of you already have them, but if anyone is looking for a decent, day-trip sized tail bag, i just had one of these delivered today. To say I'm impressed with the quality for the cost is an understatement!

Rhinowalk Motor Pannier Bag 10/20/30L Multifunctional Waterproof Rear Rack Trunk Motorcycle Seat Bag, Black 20L https://a.co/d/6H6LqWA

I bought the 20l model & for a quick trip out, possibly a light weight weekend, it appears to be exactly what i was after. Installation took all of a minute & it fits the front & rear slots on the Tusk Rack perfectly, whichever way around you orientate it.
It's nothing too fancy or complicated, but with enough attachment points that i can strap more stuff to it, as needed. I love the idea of being able to stack the different sizes & add extras as panniers too. I doubt I'll ever do that, but for those that might, it's a nice feature.

My understanding is that they're a clone of the Krieger (?) bags, but at 1/4 the price. I have no basis for quality comparison, however.

Very nice, like how the Rhinowalk series can transform into backpacks should you ever need to walk away from bike with your gear.
Good find for more than just a day trip too.
Weak points in adds often are hard to discern; in this case it may be actually operating zippers and putting gear in out without using the roll top seal or removing any straps to access zipper(s) ( zipper pull appears obscured by primary retention strap). Depends on how you ride but often quick reliable access to beverage or camera is a very important criterion for me. Roll top waterproof seals just seem an unnecessary hassle whenever things are not wet.

Main bag access is only via the rolltop. Not a problem for me, but i could see how it might be for others. The side zip is actually accessible, it's just sitting a little funny due to the bag being empty. Give the bag a little tug backwards & the zipper pull is right there.
One thing i do need to check (i didn't think of it until your post) is whether the side zip accesses the main compartment, but outside of the drybag liner. If so, you could remove the zippered-in liner & just access the whole thing with the side zip.
That'd be very useful.

Product Luggage and bags Bag Font Travel

I always throw all my electronics and camera gear in with a bottle of water when I go ride some scenic single-track. And my bowling shoes too...in case I need to walk out.

Seriously, looks like a decent bag for the money. Let us know how it holds up.

Nice Rob(y)
Should not have nagged you about quick access. That's my issue, not yours. I think about access since on many rides with others I seem like the last to get a drink and put things away before group is ready to go again.
I will use a CamelBack bladder system but prefer not to. Suppose could get saddle horn bags for water bottles instead.

Roll top > zippers
You think?
I'm still on the fence about them on anything but dedicated drybags. Don't have a problem with it, but i couldn't say it was better, per-se.

After a few days on the dusty trail, zippers start to get fussy. Not an issue for street-ridden bikes.

Huh. I didn't consider that.
Yeah, I can really see that being a big advantage. I guess a rolltop can't really break.

This is the bag I've been using for about a year now. It fits the Cycle racks rack perfectly.
