After lots of starts, stops, a few surprises and a "what the hell" here and there, I finally turned some gas into noise tonight. The trailer wheel mod is done, wahooo! As I was waiting for parts, pieces or just plain sidetracked with tinkering, here's what was done over the late fall and winter:

5.10x18 Kenda K270
Trailer wheel mod with Maxxis Ceros Radial Tire 26x9-12
2" extended swingarm
65 tooth sprocket
New 15 tooth front sprocket
New rear wheel, swing arm and left side crank case seals and bearings
Added the headlight LED hi/lo bulb from Fred's thread
Added LED's mounted to the hand guards that are wired into the high beam switch
80% done with a rear extra large tool tube bracket welded to the back of the Cyclerack

Things to still do:
Change air filter with Procycle air filter
Re-install Ricochet Skid plate
Finish Tool Tube mount
Install Lizrdbrth oil cooler
Rebuild front forks

Interesting, the "To Do" list is finally shorter than the "Done" list!

Thanks, Brian. You're a funny guy though, the fork boots are the only thing left that screams "I'm a Rainbow Warrior!" :eek:ccasion17:

Actually, I have a set of black ones that I plan on installing when I redo the forks.

Added the Lizrdbrth oil cooler today. Amazingly, the simplest mod I've ever done!

Dudly - I haven't been on the site in a long time and just saw your post. It is actually a Clarke XT350 tank. Took a little tweaking but it fits nicely. Clarke's mold is a tad rough and leaves some blemishes but once installed you don't really notice it. Cheers.

What is that round object near your exhaust pipe?
TW_in_BC - That was a Stebel horn that I replaced the stock horn. It was much louder, until it wasn't. Water finally got to it and it failed. I replaced it with a FIAMM 72102 horn which should last longer. A lot cheaper as well:

Sorry for the late reply, I don't visit the site as much anymore. I have a new toy I have been tweaking and playing with:
