On Thursday we had our first rain for the year!!! Could not resist the chance to get a little dirty.

sandy soil keeps your dirty bike pretty clean! the sticky clay we have around here is like super glue crossed with gumbo.

i know it gets cold up in your neck of the woods, but are those STALACTITES on the top of your head?

Got a bit dirty when this bike-eating puddle got me!





Too cool!

That black muck is the worst.

When I got stuck like that I had to pry it over, and drag it onto dry land...by myself. Another time a I walked a couple miles to find someone with a four wheeler, and he couldn't pull me out.

How did you get out?

Luckily I never ride alone! D and I muscled it out.....I never would have gotten it out by myself......When it happened, D said "Remember rule number 1, Take a picture first!"

That thar is funny! I have to remember that one.



Yep, to often when I dump it/fall/stuck, I panic and hurry to undo it all, thus no picture(s).
