Might want to consider changing your front tire to a Shinko SR241.

This is with a Shinko 241 front and stock rear tire.

241 front and stock rear. 8 psi between the mule's ears, and likewise under his tail.

On edit, I should add that I ride these pressures on and off road.

Not being a schooled rider, I didn't know you could run them that low. I've aired down in 4x4's, but I guess tubes help you get even lower.

You would be amazed how well a bike's tire will wrap and grab the ground when aired way down low. Rim locks required and keep an eye on the valve stems so they don't get torn out if a tire slips on the rim.

Nevermind. I was thinking of how tubeless ones work and was trying to envision that with tubes

IMHO- if one stays around 10-12 psi- much lower worry about torquing stem.
