Looks like a nice one.

But I had gotten a close-out bag at a local outfitter's; it was big enough that a six-gallon milk crate JUST fit inside. I bolted the milk crate to the bottom and installed tie-downs. And since then I've taken it from Wisconsin to the Pacific Coast on my big Honda - fastens to the rear rack with two ratchet straps. Quick and easy.

I'd want to reinforce the bottom of that one, at the very least.

Z, I do not believe that bag is waterproof, just water resistant. You will want to waterproof anything inside that you don't want wet. It looks to be a similar design to the North Face Basecamp Duffel. Water will enter it if you are in a rain and riding at anything more than a putt. Still it's a very nice bag and sounds like you got a deal. Personally I prefer a totally waterproof bag, but that's only because I don't like messing with inner wateproofing...I like to just cram stuff in and go.
