So Washington state allows you to smoke dope but...

Cannabis in Washington is legal for medical purposes and for any purpose by adults over 21. Medical marijuana was legalized in Washington in 1998, and recreational use and sale of marijuana was legalized in 2012, through the Washington Initiative 502.

...but not allow the Bikini Baristas. What's up with that politicians. Close call.
[h=1]Judge: Everett’s bikini baristas don’t have to cover up – at least for now. A federal judge has issued an injunction that prevents the City of Everett from enforcing two laws aimed at curbing so-called “bikini barista” coffee stands, saying the ordinances are likely unconstitutional.[/h]

True story. In Yakima Washington someone opened a bikini barista stand... And of course some folks felt it was their civic duty to protect the rest of us from potentially seeing some ankles and lodged a complaint... Of course the building had a cover in front so that it really could only be seen from a certain angle and then not very well, so in order to actually get a good look you had to go through the drive thru. Here's where it gets fun. The local police determined that an investigation was in order, you know to insure that they were staying in their bikinis... Well, $600,000 and over a year later they ended their undercover investigation. This investigation included daily trips through the drive thru ordering coffee, an undercover vehicle equipped with camera equipment and high powered binoculars!

What's all the Hub Bub? Growing up back in the 60s we had burger joints that were drive ins and gals in short, shorts and a bikini top on roller skates took your order from the car and rolled it out when it was ready. My older cousin worked at one the summer after she graduated HS and still says it was the best job she ever had and made a boat load in tips every night she worked. Any guy who dared to step out of line with any of the roller girls got his ass kicked rather quick by the guys that always hung out there with their GFs and nice car or by the roller gals BF who was waiting for her to get off work. We didn't need any cops there -EVER- but they were always welcome and usually took their dinner brakes there. It sure was a different time back in them good old days in small town rural America.

I bet if you tried that today you would be sued the first time you didn't hire some gal or transgender who did not have the shape and looks to be earning the tips.
