Got the idea from SloatsburgSneeDUB's thread on how he bought the Chinese gas tank that had the plastic shrouds on the front...that would be great but with such a small tank it would be useless for me. So i came up with my own plastic set up. I think it covers up my big ol 4 gallon gas tank and still staying with the white/black color scheme. Next will be to cut the side panel plastics and fit them in there.

I think with that tire and sprocket you should be able to ride up walls!
And the tire is mounted differently in both pics?

I never lie. I prevaricate. Lyin's for amateurs.

Terracrosses are bi-directional. They hook up in either direction. The vanes on the opposite side go the other way. They're intended for side-by-sides with reverse, but they rock on a TW.

I like it. Adds a different look to your TW. Looks faster standing still.

I'm no smarter. lol. I was gunna rag on him for the backwards tire when he first got the bike, too.

Made a "Note to self": Don't put your tire on backwards like that dink from Az. did

I musta fondled unmounted Terracrosses at the store a dozen times and never noticed. Then Purple got me one for Xmas and I figgered it out.

So now I'll take all my pics from the "right" side so I look smart.

The tank plastics look great! Where did you get those plastic bits from? Was it hard to install them?
6 dollar auction from ebay. I wouldn't say it was hard..just used things i had in the garage to put them on..now that ive done a ride with them i need to sturdy one side up, shave a bit of plastic here and there, and get my side covers back on and i should be good.

I still don't get the backwards terracross thing..maybe im the dum one.

Ahhhhh... that makes sense. A tire that works for forward and reverse on the TW.
I was wondering why someone would take a picture and then go to the other side of the bike and remount a tire for another picture

He's from Az. You'll only confuse him.

Looks faster standing still...that is saying something. It tops out at about 8 mph with the 1250 tooth rear sprocket.

How are they attached? Does the Clarke have inserts for the shrouds?
