Thats what i was thinking! Hehe Id surely end up in jail that way! Im parking it under the light from now on at night! I wouldnt want to pull my 357mag on someone. Rather they just be smart and go about their day!

If I have to leave my bike somewhere I don't like, I put an empty holster on the seat. I carry it for cheap inurance. People will walk a wide circle around your bike if they have no idea who's armed and watching them. I don't carry the gun, just a yard sale holster and it works amazingly well

My lock looks exactly the same but not from someone trying to steal. I tried to put the key in the lock while talking to someone and not looking where i pushed the key. The plastic breaks very easy. You may have done it yourself without noticing it.

Not in my opinion. If the lock looked liked a screwdriver had been hammered into then yes - it would have been an attempted theft.

Better put a nice thick chain thru your wheels with the biggest lock you can find. You can also put a nice big lock on your rear sprocket but just don't forget about it being there....lol. They see your chain/lock set up and they will look for easier prey.

I bought my Tdub off of CL and the area around the key slot looked like that only a bit bigger. I wondered about getting it fixed to keep moisture out. I've put some electic tape on it for the time being. Anybody ever replace that collar?

If you don't have a holster, just squeeze out the contents of some catsup packets, scatter some shell casings around and leave a note that says, "Tiny, wounded him; gone for more ammo. Be back soon"
