makes sense. I figured it was something like that.
Is 2011 really still a z? or was that a mistake? I would think they would go to double lettering.. AA, BB, CC, DD, ect.. Or AA, BA, CA, DA.. Gives a whole lot more combos in two digit rather than moving to three digits later..
Of course one way to check would be to look into models tht have been around longer than the TW.. I'm sure it is not the only one they did that on. Kind of weird though.. I would think the year would be enough of an indicator.. Or is it a reference to the mfg year coded in the VIN?
