It is sometime hard to appreciate how a couple of seconds can change the course of your day... Good to see you out of the hospital and back home. Take care and try to focus on wrapping up those videos. Doing what you enjoy should be good therapy. Gerry

Glad to see you are home. I’ve never been that F’ed-up before, so I can’t say I know what you’re going through. I hope when you mend, you get back on the horse, hopefully a Tdub again.

One of my teachers at MMI used to show us how one of his arms was shorter than the other, from loosing so much bone from repeated breaks. He raced old school flat track. No forgiveness on that track! He did all kinds of racing, and had the most unique Yamaha I had ever seen in real life. It was a TZ750. Anyway, I digress…

Don’t be a stranger, keep us posted, besides, we’re always good for a laugh! m.

Loose sand is my biggest fear. In college in Colorado mountains a guy I was riding with hit some in a corner in a Blazer and he lost it. We flipped about 5 times and came to rest upside down near a river by a few feet. I was lucky that day and had some separated ribs and a few cuts.

I have also crashed on a bicycle race in a corner due to loose sand on top of pavement.

I am glad that you are home and can heal. I am also glad you have friends and family supporting you.

God speed.
