That looks like a fun hill. The rider that kept falling gets an "A" for effort.

Woo Hoo, a fellow New Yorker!! Try lowering your rear tire pressure, you might just make it up that hill.

I was told on that day there were 2 riders a few hours before me. Maybe i'll see a fellow NY TW rider there someday

Less air pressure, higher gear, more throttle. To get up muddy hills the rear tire has to be spun hard enough to sling the mud out of the tread. A mud packed tire is a slick and gets NO traction. Spin it up!
