This 2009 has been listed at least once before and you can see the seller is getting frustrated but I have to say his current price for this nicely outfitted bike is a great deal. If I was near PA this would be sold!

1800 miles, front & rear CycleRacks, engine protection etc it's got a lot of goodies!

PS: just my opinion and a hunch but a cash no BS buyer could probably snag this for even less than the $2500 if you play your cards right

I was 2nd highest bidder on this bike...he offered me second chance when the high bidder bailed out. I told him, that I thought I was overpaying since the "idiot" bidder jerked me up to 2800.00 I told him I would come and get the bike if he would sell it to me at his asking price of 2500.00 which is what I would have paid had the other guy not jerked me around. He never responded, and then went and reliste it back at 2500 and I assume I was one of the jerks he was referring to. I didn't bother to deal with him anymore. For all I know, one of his friends was the other bidder and they just wanted to see the upper limit.

I am happy to say, that I ended up purchasing a 2012 sigh only 63 miles...maybe not the good deal this one is...but at least from a reliable dealer.

Rickster you did everything right and I would have said the same thing. I don't think the seller is referring to you I think he must have had a bad experience with the high bidder / scammer and you caught him on a bad day. The sellers wording is going to scare away most buyers and this is the worse time of year to try and sell a TW (the hunters already bought theirs!) so I still think somebody can steal this bike, especially if the auction ends with no bidders

The add is fine he just might wanna delete the "idiots on ebay" part, While it may be true it kind of makes him seem like a potential hothead which scares some customers

"Moronic acid" is kind of a dumb eBay user name if you want to sell high value items. Might be the nicest guy in the world and honest as the day is long but I've been on eBay since 1998 and have always used the seller (or buyer's) user name as a clue to who I'm dealing with...

Yah I would have to agree! I'm assuming the guy started as a buyer because that's not a good seller name lol. At least it looks like he sold the TW I wonder if anyone from the forum was a bidder?
