That Gore-Tex really gets a work-out. I imagine the black mirror will heal to a perfect glass like texture overnight with falling temps. Looking forward to next skate video, plus some footage of studded tiny wheel adventures.

How thick is that ice?

I've never seen ice like that. It is so freaken cool to see you skate on that.

Have you ever fallen through?
That is is on the order of 5 inches. Generally you need a minimum of 1.25 inches to suppport your weight, and 2 inches to feel comfortable. Under some situations I have skated on 3/8 of an inch. I have fallen in before. Its terrifying if youve not done it before, but once you get used to the idea and practice getting out its not a big deal. Most people are genuinely phobic about falling in the ice, in the same way that they are afraid of snakes or spiders.
