Do you find you need them? I can ride my TW for hours and have never had a problem with vibration with my stock bars and vibration is one of the first things to make me walk away from a bike along with pegs that are not below my hips. Do you have aftermarket bars ?

I read some posts that had references to some vibration at higher speeds.
I am strictly a street rider, I do not ride technical terrain.
I will use the bike as a commuter/errand machine.

I don't have vibration either. Stock or aftermarket aluminum bars. I also don't hold on tight. I have a VERY loose grip when I ride. You can push a rubber plug into bar ends as far in to the bend. Then fill with lead bird shot. That will work just as good as those, if not better for about $10 bucks......;)

Mine is smoother than my wife's.. So I know where he is coming from..But I have nice after market grips and my wife wants to keep her stock grips.. Hmmm. I made a pair at work "years ago" from a brass rod.. I cut the heavy rod then I cut grooves deep enough to except "O" rings, then just pushed them in.. Hey it really worked good on my 77 XS750 triple. OMM.
