Want to trade bikes

Hi everyone, I'm a newbee to this forum so here's what I'm looking for. I have a 2005 Kawasaki 750 Vulcan with 4400 org. miles that I almost never ride, and am looking for a TW200. I would prefer to trade the 750 straight accross for the TW. I live in Yakima Washington. Anyone half way close to this area that would be interested in a trade, please contact me or the forum and let me know. I would love to own one of these bikes. Thanks, Phil E.

Phil, you might have a hard time prying a TW out of our forum members! Might have better luck selling the Vulcan and buying a TW.
Yeah, this is where we go just after we get our TW's. Is there a Vulcan forum?

Yes, there is a Vulcan forum. http://www.vulcanforums.com/forums/ However that said its a distinct community from the one we have here. Without trying to get banished from the Vulcanites, I'd say, their forum membership is not nearly as informed (many folks are hitting the site hours after buying a bike), not nearly as interested in innovation; not doing much in the way of diy, and in general carping about the lack of after market parts and glitter for the smaller bikes and the cost of things on the top end. I do realize that its a more diverse community with some folks riding bikes that are 3 x as large in displacement and in pounds weighed than others also claiming to ride Vulcans. I know there are a couple of us who jump between the forums, but I suspect we are there because we are riding the smaller end of the Vulcan spectrum and not the Meanie Screamers. So take heart and appreciate the comraderie that does exist in the tw world. Overall the group here is a great one, (cooperative, informed, and involved -- a few knuckleheads excepted) and the exchange is both diverse, helpful, and minimally redundant as the web goes. Viva TW200.

BTW. I might be tempted to jump a notch from my vn 500 ltd to the vn 750, but not by trading away the TW - its too much the prefered bike in my garage.
