Hello all,

I am looking for an OEM carburetor to replace the carb on my 1992 TW (approx 6,500 KM). I just took the carb in for an ultrasonic cleaning, but upon opening the float chamber it was noted that one of the legs that holds the retaining pin for the float needle is snapped off (copied & pasted from another thread; apparently this is issue is not uncommon). The broken off piece is just gone; I thought it'd at least be sitting in the float bowl.

Not the whole support leg broken is off - it is only the top part, where the hole is.

At this moment, I am not up for trying out the non-OEM carb mod. I have swapped a few carbs on vehicles in the past, which netted disappointing results.

In the mean time, I'm just going to keep giving the bike a bit extra throttle when needed to keep from stalling.

Or is there an EFI swap I haven't heard about?

Thank you!

Thank you all.

I want to learn more about the OKO carb mentioned in another thread. Used on trials bikes.
