I have my 1993 TW200 with over 44,000 miles now. Only minor mods, foot pegs and cheap Chinese cam as an experiment. This was my first bike and it is still a blast. I also have a 1986 Yamaha Radian YX600 which had the detuned engine of the FZ600. This bike new could do 0-60 mph under 4 seconds. Mine is still quick and fun.

2016 TW - Running
2015 TW - Running
2005 TW - Rebuild Project and is turning into a parts bike if I don't hurry up and quit procrastinating
1983 XT200 - Running
1981 Honda CM400 - Down for carb work...the past 3 years. Again, procrastinating but in all fairness, I took over a son#3 stored bike. If he leaves a bike too long at my place I claim ownership and the title. :D
2005 KTM 450 EXC - Running. Stored for Stig and I'll keep riding it until he comes and gets it. Stored in my shop rules apply's and if not moved within an unspecified time, well, then it's mine.
2008 KAW KX 250F - Stored for son#3.
He keeps taking off the carbs of his bikes and I don't know why but I'll take this one over too if it never gets moved. He's asked Stig to move it for him out of my shop so I don't think he wants it to fall into my hands. I'll give him some slack as he' been at paramedic school since last May and isn't supposed to return until March and then ships off to Afghanistan or someplace like that for another year. I have pictures of him to help me remember who he is. Plus I get an occasional phone call.

I'd like to have a TW running at 44,000 miles. That's cool.

1965 Hodaka Ace 100 - engine rebuilt and trying to decide on paint. Original patina (it's fairly good) or repainted and restored?
1995 Suzuki DR350 electric start dual sport - Just found it in the classifieds, $350.00 not running. A quick carb cleaning and some wiring patches and she runs good and strong.

That's a good idea to claim ownership if they leave their stuff in your shop too long. I would do the same, but all the kids leave is junk that I don't want.

2014 Honda CB1100E, 12 days in service, 543 miles
86 HP at 7500 RPM
65.6 ft lbs at 5700 RPM
0-30 in 1.2 seconds
0-60 in 3.3 seconds
0-90 in 6.8 seconds
0-100 in 8.6 seconds
1/4 mile in 12.11 seconds @ 109.25

First gear 60, second gear 80, third gear 100, so I am told.
Red line is 8,500, but I have only gone past 6,000 once, right after the first oil and filter change.

Honda considers break-in complete at 300 miles, but I won't push redline until after 1,000 and even then, very rarely...it just has too much torque to need high RPMs.

Heading to Mount Charleston this morning.

My last Honda was purchased in 1976
Kept it for 5 years and ~40,000 miles as a daily commuter, with trips to Death Valley, Solvang, etc.
5 gallon tank, but only 38 MPG.

The CB1100E is only a 3.9 gallon tank, whereas the 2017 went to 4.4, but also went to wire wheels (I prefer alloy to run tubeless) and dual exhausts (I like the 4 into 1).

The CB110 has the most accurate speedo I have ever had on any bike
Clock, but no temperature display, as did my Moto Guzzi
Gear indicator
6 segment fuel gauge, extremely accurate at ~0.6 gallon per segment
A push button to alternate display of
1. Trip A miles
2. Trip A MPG
3. Trip A gallons used (very accurate)
4. Trip B miles
5. Trip B MPG
6. Trip B gallons used
7. Instant MPG
8. odometer

Overall average MPG is 51.something
