This poll is just for fun, I was curious what most folks here use their TW's for.

Commuting, hunting, a little of everything, etc...

I don't have a bike yet but when I do get it ill probably most likely use it 80% pavement, 20% Dirt. Mostly for commuting back and forth to work, 30 mile round trip through town, no interstate.

We use them for everything. Road trips, errand hopping, hunting, sightseeing, etc.

Hard to assign them a number, depends upon time of year. But I've gone with 50/50.

When the weather suits, I use my TW for a quick commute to work, about 10 miles round trip. That happens more often than finding time for play unfortunately.
But, when I do ride the forest service roads and trails, the trips are typically much longer. So I'd be hard pressed to say if I've put more road or trail miles on the little beasty.

Gotta say though... ALL the miles have brought sMILES !

I voted 10 percent dirt 90 percent pavement. It used to be the other way around when I lived in the country, but now that I have moved back to the city because of a job offer I couldn't refuse, the concrete trails of Detroit have become my new adventure rides, but I do have a few off-road opportunities in some of the abandonded parks that grace this once industial powerhouse of a city.

Me and the tdub discovering what Detroit has to offer for riding fun

Anybody need a boat. I am sure you could pick up one of these cheap

or how about a nicely decorated house

I use mine for a little of everything; from trips to Dallas, or Waco, to running my fence lines, to riding the gravel/dirt roads. No real trails around here that I know of; but I'll find some. I hate it that there are no trails around. I'ld love to have some dunes and desert close by. Anyone planning a run to DV in the spring?

I gotta ride some road to get to the offroad... I like using my Tdub to explore places I have not been. It's easy to turn around if a trail just stops and it has the low gears and traction to bring out the courage to tackle just about any knarly trail!!!
