Yeah, I miss him too. He gave me lots of advise and was really helpful, even got me parts and shipped them to me when I joined here. I do remember that he said a while back that he will take same time out. I truly hope he will be back soon.

qwerty spent a lot of time & effort on this forum, no doubt. IMHO I don't believe a bit of name calling, verbal jousting, or even disagreeing on someone's differing opinion is enough to scare the bear off... Quite the contrary.



My guess is it's a change of pace thing, after thousands of posts on a bike that is pretty much the same after almost three decades, it may have lost interest for him.



OR, he could have gone into hibernation.

Both Qwerty and Myself where bashed on another forum for our views on using diesel oils in motorcycles. His data was trashed and my motives questioned along with my honor.It seems some folks don't want to hear a different view and Qwerty may have said the heck with it.

Amazing Discovery

QWERTY sort of faded away in 2016(?) after a forum member questioned his alleged claim to have 3 doctorate degrees while remaining a truck driver. Oddly enough the questioner was later exposed to be a fraud himself. QWERTY was reported to have contributed later on other motorcycle forums. However the questioner was banned, reported his own death, yet is supposedly still seen haunting various motorcycle shops.
Forum is a bit less contentious and friendlier these days. Those two generated some really inappropriate comments at times.

Mine was a joke, I picked Federal prison over State because State prisons tend to be over crowded and parole people quicker
