I try to go to specific forums for the bikes I'm dealing with. Therefore stuff like thumpertalk, advrider, dotheton, etc... are too busy and random for me.. I've been on pretty much any board that deals with my specific make/model of car, motorcycle, etc..

I'm also on headfi.org as mentioned above.. Tube amp + headphone addiction from this past winter. I used to be heavily involved on flickr.com and I post stuff to tumblr.

I've been all over the place.. the amount of internet presence I have, at times really bothers me, but I also like to participate, share photos, info, whatever. I don't mind being the new guy saying the same answers to old questions when they come up again. In the case of my TW, I just got it, so I'm still on the honeymoon phase of being obsessed with getting it perfect. Once that happens, I'll probably disappear like a ghost, haha.

I really liked hondatwins.net when I was dealing with CB350 and CL175 bikes. Lots of smart people who were into almost every aspect of the bike technically. I got rid of all my honda twins though.

This one and a couple of hot rod forums are the only ones I check daily or hang out on snowy days.

These I belong to because I own stuff that they pertain to so I post some but very little. Mostly about tech things I need to deal with.
TW200.forumotion.com
GenVibe
Toyota Nation
Taurus Club
Teardrops and Tiny Travel Trailers
AdvRider
Auto Body Store
Harley Tech Talk
Chevy Talk
a couple of motorized bicycle forums
some gun forums
some preparedness/live off the grid type forums
and some I forgot about

I started out with adv then came into here and got addicted to the nice folks here. As far as bikes go.

tractorbynet is my first forum i got into as I have tractors and have built many work specific tools for them. Winches, trailers, logging equip. Then got to surfing about bikes and jeeps and quads, it gets into your blood. So came the jeep forum and the rincon forum. But still, here is where I spend my time anymore.

Now I get great ideas from you folks and get to start bending iron, fashioning comfortable seats and such to make my little TW fit my backside and making racks. Sure be glad to get to know some of the folks in my area to share the experience. Love this place.
