Family Guy. I have no idea how they get away with some of the content. I should NOT like it but God help me I DO.

I'm also a pretty big fan of animated shows. King of the Hill ranks high as a perennial favorite, Futurama and South Park are high on the list too.

While it hasn't been around for too long yet, I think my new all time favorite is BoJack Horseman.

Despite the superficially zany premise, it's actually an incredibly real and genuine show with comedy that spans the gamut from dark to corny and deep pathos that rivals any of the live-action dramas I have ever seen. I initially watched the show in pursuit of a few laughs, but I quickly became invested in the remarkably sympathetic cast of characters. I like the way the writers take full advantage of the anthropomorphized universe of the show both for cheesy jokes and in the same way that fables have used talking animal characters since time immemorial, as a lens through which to examine our own humanity.

If you have Netflix, it's worth a watch. It took a few episodes to click with me, but once it did I was awestruck by the artistry of this show.

Way too many for me to list, I'm kind of an animation geek...

The best animated movie I've seen lately is a spectacular offering by Hayao Miyazaki "The Wind Rises" (2013) This is a must see in my book.

Another enjoyable animated movie "Chico y Rita" (2010) is also very good!

I also enjoy "Bobs Burgers" m.

If feature-length films count, Heavy Metal! Here's one of the few scenes that don't violate the rules of the joint.
