Hi I recently got my Tw200 running again, new Posh Battery less, new Carby, Changed Oil, Changed oil Filter, New fuel.
Only ride it about once a week these days and with battery less setup I have to kick start all the time. (no issues there have always done so)

So I kick start it, usually starts 1st kick or second. Runs perfect and take it for a ride.
But then after turning it off I can not kick start it again. It tries to but never kicks over. I have to roll it down a hill and clutch it and it starts.
I get it home and leave it for a week and next time I kick it starts first time or 2nd time

Any ideas would be grateful?

Maybe running rich and flooding, try kicking it while holding the throttle wide open.

Agree, possibly rich. Ensure that air filter is relatively unobstructed and not over-oiled.
