Readily available as an oem part...I have a used one too, if interested.

Easy to order as OEM part #15A-83568-00-00 (double check #) from dealer or internet, make sure your base that pilot box and speedo mounts to isn't cracked or broke, I had to place a second order when I found out why my cover disappeared when riding one day. Each piece is around $20-25.

My wife's meter box tabs were both broken off. I was able to glue them back on using some e-6000. It seems to be holding quite well.
