Looking for a not-too-new TW. It'll be my first bike -- the one I'll learn on, the one I'll get my license with (I got my permit recently after going through about 1/2 of the beginner's class at the DMV), and the one I'll rely on as a commuter and fun bike on country roads, paved and unpaved, in S. Vermont. I know it'll be planted on the ground at some point in learning process, so I don't want, and can't afford, something brand new, but I also want to be able to rely on it as transportation, so I don't want something that's been beaten on, either. Finding that mix in my area isn't proving too easy. Any leads are welcome.
