Three days after I gave up on finding a deal on a donor XT350 and ordered a plastic tank from Clarke, this gem gets posted up!



Not mine, no idea on condition or anything, but thought I'd post it in case somebody else around here wants a metal XT350 tank.

Worthwhile for a TW freak who's committed to a lot of mods in the future. I have lots of XT stuff on mine.



Longer front brake hose, cables, longer kickstand, tank, larger front brake rotor (same bolt pattern), controls, shifter, most of the electrical components, safety switches, snail adjusters, bars, rear brake arm etc. all upgrades or a source of spares for TW's, particularly the early ones. The seat pan is handy for a seat graft if you're running an XT tank, etc.



I need a head for one. I'd buy that in a heartbeat.

Looks like it needs way more than that too..look at that damn seat! Tank looks OK...but you don't know what the other side might be like...watch it have a giant hole!

That is a bit more of a project than I would take on, except to cannibalize parts.



I re-read the original ad and noticed that the bike has a Honda engine.



"Yamaha dirt bike with Honda motor"



Anybody recognize that engine?
