On the PNW Flea Market section of advrider forums there is an XT350 for sale in Moscow, Idaho for $100.



I wish it was closer; I would love to pick it up for the tank and other parts for the TW.



Maybe Admiral or Ron In Boise would be interested?

Thanks for the headsup OWT. Too bad Moscow is about a 12 -14 hour round trip (with no snow on roads) from my home port. $100 dollars is tempting though!

Hey, in the Bicycle Forum we have what is call a facilitators thread. Folks volunteer to make local CL purchases and facilitate transport of the parts etc to the more distant purchaser. Not all of us have the space to store an entire motorcycle, or arrange its shipping, but a tank or other part is within the camaraderie of fellowship here. Its ironic that all three of the xt bikes for small $$ had what looked like they had tanks with minimal dents (inside condition unknown). One of my XT350 tanks came to me because I wrote to a cl poster selling a bike with a plastic tank - I asked if he didn't have the OEM tank and indeed bought a pristine tank some 2 weeks or so before he managed to sell the bike.
