I took a chance and spent $16.55 on a CD produced by Techspark Studio that is a reproduction of the $150 service manual. I thought it might be risky, but was surprised how well it loaded on my iMac. The navigation is very good. It covers from 1987 to 2014. The only negative issue is the photos. The pages were reproduced in very high contrast, which makes them a little hard to view. I actually prefer this to a paper manual because it loads onto an iPhone, and I can do a search on anything. If needed. I can print pages. They use Adobe Flash Player for presentation. I was able to search for spark plug gap, and took me to page 335! Cool.

I got through Amazon. Search: Yamaha TW200 Service Repair Maintenance Manual 1987-2014 [CD-ROM]

It appear to require a minimum of Windows XP or OIS 10.4 for the Mac. I am using 10.10.3 and no problems. I can load it on iPad, which might be better in the garage.

We appreciate the link. And the more-forthright of us will probably buy it.

But there's PDFs of the FSM floating around, from at least two sources, free access. I wasn't sure if either were legitimate FSMs so I downloaded both. The file was titled differently but it's the same manual, the factory manual.

Supplement, too; takes it up to 2005.

So...if someone's tight on money...Google and StartPage are your friends.
